At Bliss Cuisine we love food and offer an extensive range of mouth watering menus suitable for every occasion.

Here you'll find a sample of menus designed to give you a flavour of what we have to offer.

We can, of course, design a menu tailored to your event or create one based on your specific requirements. Whether it is a full seated one, two, three or four course meal or just soup and sandwiches we can create the perfect menu for you. Whether you're throwing a drinks party, hosting a corporate launch or entertaining at a pre-reception dinner, our canapés will have your guests asking for more.


Our extensive buffet menus are tailored to your needs and can include Cold Meats, Antipasta dishes, Hot Beef & Chicken dishes, Pork, Lamb & Seafood.


We love barbecuing and all our food is cooked from raw on an open grill - we'll even bring a marquee so the weather won't interfere with the dining.


Your wedding is special to us too and we'll do our part to make sure that everything is perfect on your special day.

With new EU Legislation that came in on the 13th Dec 2014 all ingredients which are deemed allergens must be shown on all menus.

Bliss Cuisine employees attended two courses on the 27th January 2015.
